Ingredients

    Melt butter in soup pop over medium heat
    Add fennel & shallots
    Cook for 6 to 7 minues, covered stirring occasionally until veggies are soften
    Add lettuce and stir till wilts (1 to 3 minutes)
    Add peas, broth & 1 cup & water
    Transfer to blender, add fennel seed, pepper, salt
    Return to soup pop, heat in low heat
