    *Egg White, Kirkland, 2 cup
    *Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded
    *Spinach 0.5 cup
    *3 brown eggs
    *Tomato - Yellow, Raw, 1 tomato, chopped 0.5 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped

    finally chop all the veg
    add eggs and cheese
    Spray muffin tins with pam
    pour into 12 muffin tins
    bake as directed allow to cool before removing

let cool before removing from pan

cook at 350 degrees for 30 min or until done
