Introduction

Ingredients

1 Can (6oz.) Crab Meat
1 Can (60z.) Tiny Shrimp
1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Light Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Egg Beaters
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Spinach
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
1 tsp Horseradish
1 tsp Wasabi Paste
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Drain the crab and shrimp.nt
In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients, mixing well.
Heat a large sauce pan.
Seperate the mixture in 8 seperate patties.
Spray the pan with PAM.
Cook on each side about 10 minutes each or until the patties stick together and are pretty dark on each side.
I didnt have any tartar sauce so i mixed up some light miracle whip with rice vinegar, soy sauce, wasabi paste and cocktail sauce for a dipping sauce, which turned out pretty tasty. I just eyeballed it but it came out a light red pink color. My finace liked them w/o any sauce.
