Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Bar
    1 cup 100% natural non-sweetened crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1 cup instant oatmeal plan
    2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes


    Chocolate Coating
    3 oz 100% unsweetened Dark Baking Chocolate
    2 tbs Safflower or coconut oil
    3 tbs honey

Directions

Mix peanut butter and honey together. Add oatmeal and coconut until texture of the inside of a candy bar. Melt the chocolate, 3 tablespoons of honey and oil together in a double boiler or microwave safe dish. Press peanut butter mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate is set. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: make 10 large bars or 20 small bars
