Ingredients

    1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 can Cream of Celery (I used reg for this calculation)
    1 can Cream of Chicken (I used Red Sodium)
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 cup wild rice, uncooked
    1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked (I used short grain)
    1 cup water
    6 chicken breasts
    *optional 1 can water chestnuts (not added to this calc)
    YYYYYUUUUMMMMM!

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken, place in 9X13 Dish, top with chicken, salt/pepper, Cover w/foil, 350 degrees 1 hr, remove foil & bake for 15-20 min more

Serving Size: 1 chicken breast, 3/4 cup rice mixture
