Ingredients

    Cauliflower 1 cup
    Baby carrots 1 cup
    Raw sweet potato 1/4 inch slices 1 cup
    Multi color bell peppers 1" x 2" 1 cup
    Celery 2" long pieces 1 cup
    Zuchinni 1/4 inch slices 1 cup
    Asparagus 2" long pieces 1 cup
    Yellow Summer Squash 1/4 inch slices 1 cup
    Olive oil spray to coat cookie sheet
    Olive oil mix with vegetables 1/4 cup
    Garlic powder dashed over vegetables 1 tsp +/-
    Salt dashed over vegetables
    Mrs Dash Original Blend dash over

Tips

Watch oven and take off when you're pleases your taste.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a large cookie sheet with olive oil.
Pour olive oil over vegetables and mix well.
Spread vegetables evenly over cookie sheet.
Evenly dash salt over all vegetables.
Evenly dash generous amount garlic power.
Evenly dash Mrs. Dash Original over vegetables.
Roast for 18 minutes and remove as vegetables brown up. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
