    Fiber One Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving)
    *Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cup
    *Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar (1oz), 2 oz


Process or crush the cereal, mix with melted margarine and press to bottom of large oblong casserole dish.

Sautee Onions & Peppers in Pam.

Combine Egg Beaters, Evaporated milk, also Parmesan cheese (lowfat or ff), molly mcbutter cheddar sprinkles, pepper for flavor. And also cheese shredded or cut up.

Place onion mixture on crust, cover with liquid mixture.

Bake covered for 35 minutes, uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until cooked through.
