Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 slices bread (white, wheat, sourdough)
    1 lb Pork sausage (hot or mild)
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 Large Eggs
    2 Cups Milk
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tsp Salt
    Pepper to taste

Tips

I am going to try this with reduced calorie products and will post new results.
This recipe keeps well in the refrigerator all week. I make it on Sunday and my roommate and I eat it all week.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9X13 dish
Brown sausage and drain
Tear up bread and place in greased dish.
Add cooked sausage
Sprinkle with cheese
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour into dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
slice into 10 portions.
