Ingredients

    Devils Food cake mix, 1 package (18.50 oz)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Cream Cheese, 4 oz
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed 2 minutes and then on medium speed for another 2 minutes.

Shape cookies into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten each ball, in criss-cross pattern, with tines of a fork dipped in sugar.

Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until edges of cookie are set. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.

Makes approximately 45 cookies.
