Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 (19-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder (I used Vega One Nutritional Shake)
    2 packets stevia
    3/4 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chunks (like CocoPolo)

Directions

In food processor or blender, puree chickpeas, almond milk, protein powder and stevia
Process to form a dough ball.
Fold in chocolate chunks, then roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
