Ingredients

    Crust:
    1lb bag frozen cauliflower
    1/4 cup onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 egg

    Pizza toppings
    1/4 cup black olives
    1/4 cup green olives
    1/2 cup green peppers
    1/4 cup onions
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    32 turkey pepperoni slices
    3/4 cup pizza sauce


Directions

Crust:
thaw 1 lb of frozen cauliflower
microwave for 5 minutes in glass bowl.
drain and put in food processor along with half a cup of onions until minced. Add minced garlic, 1 cup mozzarella and 1 egg.
Stir
Press out on cookie sheet or pizza pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray.
Pat until thin. Lightly brush with olive oil
Heat for 20 minutes in an oven at 425 degrees.
Add remaining ingredients.
cook another 6-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
