*365 Sun Dried Tomatoes - 6 pieces, 1 serving (remove)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
*Ground Turkey (Jennio Turkey 93/7), 16 oz (remove)
1/4 C scallions
2 Tsp minced garlic
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
*Cheese - Sargento Chef Style Mozzarella Part-Skim Shredded Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs (remove)
*Atlantic Bread Asiago Foccacia-2 oz, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Marinara: heat oil, add onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and juices, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil cook 8-10 mins. Stir in basil, use food processor to form sauce.
Burgers: Mix turkey, scallions, garlic, worcestershire, lemon, oregano, pepper and salt. FOrm into 8 thin patties. Combine 1/4 C cheese and basil and place in center of 4 patties, cover with other patties and crimp together. Cook burgers in remaining oil. Cover toasted foccacia with 3 tbsp marinara, place patty, add 3 tbsp more sauce, and 1 tbsp of remaining cheese.
