Ingredients

Hormel - Always Tender Center Cut Pork Loin Filet, 6 serving
    Honey, 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 9 tsp
    Smuckers Peach Preserves, 3 tbsp
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

You can use any preserve you like to make this recipe. You can also use balsamic vinegar instead of lemon juice with orange marmalade. That is another favorite.

Directions

Add peach preserves, lemon juice, honey, and broth in pot and cook over medium heat until thick glaze consistency that you can brush over the pork. Rinse and dry the pork loin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook pork on middle top rack on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Braise with peach glazed through out cooking.
