Ingredients

    8 cups diced potatoes
    1 lb turkey smoked sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can vegetable beef soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Bake 1 1/2 hours

Can be done in crockpot on love for 6-8 hours, however, should be stirred at least once, as potatoes will get mushy on bottom and not quite done
