Ingredients

2 tbsp water
1 large Onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
16 fresh clams
16 fresh mussels
16 large shrimp, cleaned, tail on
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp fresh basil
1/4 cup plain tomato sauce
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Cook pasta 4 1/2 minutes (the pasta should be cooked only halfway) in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add water to a large pot over medium-high heat
Add the onion, garlic, seafood and cherry tomatoes and saute about 1-2 minutes.
Add the broth. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomato sauce and basil.
Add cooked pasta to sauce, tossing to coat.
Equally divide the pasta among 4 parchment paper squares.
Fold the squares to make a triangle and dampen the edges to seal.
Wrap the triangles in foil. Bake 5 minutes and serve.
