Introduction

Light in calories but heavy in flavor! Light in calories but heavy in flavor!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 C frozen berry mix
    2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 T brummel & brown spread, melted
    2 C skim milk
    2 t baking soda
    1/2 C wheat germ
    1/2 t salt
    1 1/2 C whole wheat flour


Directions

-combine wet & whisk
-combine dry & mix
- add dry to wet mix until blended
- spoon 1/4 C batter into preheated skillet, cook for 1-2 mins.
- add berries & flip. Cook for 30 seconds.

Serving Size: 8 servings, 2 pancakes each
