Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

8 oz Lean meat of choice, sliced thin
    2T soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground Ginger
    1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 dashes Sesame Oil (about 1/4 tsp)
    1/4C Honey
1 10oz bag Frozen Green Beans
1C Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable broth
    1-2 T Tapioca Starch*

Tips

If you are using leftover meat as I did, you can throw the meat and green beans in the pan at the same time.

Directions

Place meat, soy, ginger, cayenne, honey, and sesame in large skillet on med-high. Cook until meat is warmed thoroughly (this time will depend on if you used leftover meat or fresh), stirring occasionally. Combine broth and starch in a small cup until starch is dissolved. Add green beans, and broth/starch mix to the pan and stir constantly until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve.

*Corn starch works fine, as does Potato startch.
