Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Chili powder
    4 tsp. Ground Cumin
    2 tsp.Ground Oregano
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Onion powder
    2 tsp. Paprika
    1 tsp. Garlic powder
    2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)

Tips

Cut in half for 1 lb of meat, or multiply as desired. Or mix up a big batch to have on hand, and store in an air tight container.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and voila! You have a Chili Seasoning mix. Mix is good for a 2 lb meat chili. Follow any chili recipe you like.
