Ingredients

    Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Oats, Quaker, 1 cup
    1/3 Carrot (fresh), chopped
    1/4 Spanish Onion, Med, diced,
    1/1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced
    Egg, 1 jumbo slightly beaten
    Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 (14.5 oz) cans
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, .25 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, .25 tsp
    Bay Leaf, .25 tsp, crumbled
    Garlic, 1 clove, miced
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Tips

Serve with your choice of pasta regular or whole wheat.


Directions

mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form 12 meatballs,
spray a baking sheet with Pam or other cooking spray
Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
Pour tomatoes in large saute pan and cook on high heat for a few minutes, until bubbly. Lower heat to simmer.
Add meatballs.

Serving Size: Makes 12 large meatballs or 6 servings
