Ingredients

    Can of chicken breast 12.5 oz.
    1 cup of red grapes, sliced
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    3 oz. plain greek yogurt
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on whole grain bread or bed of lettuce
