Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
    1/3 C Light brown sugar
    1/3 Cup sugar
    2tsp Cinnamon
    2tsp Baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 milk or water, I use vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1.5-2 Cups chopped apples, honey crisp give it a great flavor when available

Tips

I like to make one pan of 12 muffins and then use a mini muffin pan to make some bite size ones with the rest of the batter. Great for the kids.


Directions

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes
