Whether you're suffering from nausea, heartburn, or just in need of a cool and refreshing snack or breakfast idea, this is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 ounce paper cups with popsicle sticks.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup sliced peaches
    • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
    • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 cup club soda

Directions

Whirl peaches, yogurt, milk powder, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses and add club soda to top.

Serves 3

    very bland. It was ok but I probaby won't make it again too milky and the yogurt was too strong. I will probaly do a fizz again but not this one. I like to do a fruit, some fruit sherbet blend together and then add the club soda. - 4/9/09

    The calories can be cut down by using '0 fat and 0 sugar added' yogurt. Tastes GOOD. - 3/22/07

    I use fat free, sugar free peach yogurt,and add 1/4 tsp cinnamon which eliminates the need for the sugar. If you want it sweeter, you could use a peach flavored sparkling water or diet pop to replace the club soda. Use skim milk instead of powdered for a great smoothie (no soda). - 7/25/13
