    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 3 tsp
    Chili Garlic Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 6 clove
    1 Bell Pepper
    1 Med onion
    4 Mushrooms
    Carrot, 1 7" long carrot
    Jalapeno Pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
