Ingredients

    *Green Onion, Fresh chopped (2 stalks), 0.25 cup
    Celery, raw, chopped stalks and leaves 40 grams
    Cucumber (peeled), 100 grams (2 TJ's persian cucumbers)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 80 grams (10 TJ's sugar plum tomatoes)
    *Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning Grinder, 0.25 tsp
    *Salad dressing, Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1 tbsp
    Olives, Mezetta Napa Valley Bistro Garlic Stuffed (1 olive), 2 sliced
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large/chopped
    Also the juice of a lemon (1/4-1/2 a lemon)

Tips

omit the egg if you want vegan
swap red onion for green onion (or use both or neither)
omit the olives if you want to significantly lower the sodium.


Directions

No cooking - chop and serve
