Ingredients

    2 Cups Raw Carrots
    1.5 Tbsp EVOO
    1 TSsp Salt
    1 Tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Directions

Slice carrots 1/4 inch thickness. Mix all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake at 400f for approximately 30 minutes.
