Introduction

Easy way to liven up salmon! Very Kid Friendly! Easy way to liven up salmon! Very Kid Friendly!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1- Salmon fillet
    1 tbsp.- Honey
    1 tbsp.- Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp- minced garlic
    1/2 tsp- lemon juice
    salt & pepper (to taste)
    cooking spray

Tips

*I turn the broiler on for the last minute or so, to caramelize the honey mustard into a glaze of sorts. Delish!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray ( I use aluminum foil to cover pan as well).
Put salmon fillet on baking sheet.
Mix all other ingredients together well.
Pour mixture onto fillet.
Bake salmon for 15-20, until it flakes easily with a fork, basting salmon periodically with honey mustard sauce.


Serving Size: 1- 4 oz fillet.
