Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pkg (26-30 ounces) frozen hashbrowns (plain)
    2 - 14 ounce cans not-fat chicken broth
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 pkg (8 oz) Neufchatel cheese
    1 cup skim milk

Tips

May be garnished with shredded cheddar, chopped green onion and/or bacon bits. Don't forget to add in the calories for the garnishes.


Directions

Add first 5 ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for an hour. Stir and turn to low for another hour. Add cream cheese and cook for another half hour or until chees can be stirred into mixture. Add mild and cook 10-15 minutes longer.
