Ingredients

    Getting away from milk which I really enjoy but need to cut some things.
    Found a recipe for oat milk and the thing is you can modify it any way that tastes good to you. Vanilla or maple or almond or cinnamon flavors...experiment.

    2 cups of oats (I used rolled oats from Sprouts)
    5 cups of water (I used tap but you could use filtered)
    dash of salt if you like...or not
    flavoring

    blend 2 minutes

    enjoy

    should be used within a couple of days though.
