Ingredients

    1/3 c. "Old Wessex" 5-Grain Cereal
    2/3 c. "Simply Apple" Apple Juice
    1/4 c. Walnut pieces
    1 Tbsp dried Goji Berries
    1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
    1/4 c. "Kind Healthy Grains Cinnamon Oat and Flax Clusters" Granola

Tips

Variations include adding a chopped apple on top, prior to microwaving. Cover bowl & increase cooking time by 30 seconds.

Almonds may be substituted for Walnuts.
Blueberry Juice may be substituted for Apple Juice. As blueberry juice is a very intense flavor, you may want to dilute juice with water.

Use half water and half juice, to cut down on the sugar, if desired. Just keep the ratio of 2:1 for liquid:cereal.




Directions

Put all ingredients except granola in microwave-safe bowl, starting with 5-Grain Cereal.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Remove from Microwave (careful - it will be hot!)
Stir.
Sprinkle granola on top. (optional---but the difference in textures adds to the tastiness!)
