    1 box cake mix (any kind, I used yellow cake mix, but you can use chocolate, or brownie mix, whatever you'd like)
    1 15 oz can of Pumpkin Puree


Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium to large bowl, mix cake mix (or brownie mix) and pumpkin puree until well blended. Line cupcake tins with paper liners, or spray with cooking oil. Fill cupcake mix to 1/2 to 3/4 full in each cup. Cook for 30-35 minutes (depending on elevation and oven).

Serving Size: makes 18 cupcakes
