Ingredients

4 oz Mushrooms coarsely chopped (about 1.5 cup)
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tbsp Kraft Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    0.5 cup Pizza Sauce
1-2 cloves Garlic, pressed or finely chopped
    1 package refrigerated Pizza Crust
2 cup Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, divided into 2 1-cup portions
    2 Plum Tomatoes, thinly sliced

Tips

The topping ingredients can be used to make a mushroom-spinach casserole. Just bake until heated through.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Thoroughly mix chopped mushrooms, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic and pizza sauce together.

Unroll pizza dough and shape into a 14x10 inch rectangle. Place in the baking dish with sides extending over the edges. Press dough into the bottom of the dish and partially up the sides.

Spread 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the bottom. Add the spinach mixture, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and tomato slices. Sprinkle romano/parmesan mix over the top.

Cut dough from each extended corner to the edge of the dish. Fold over the top of the mixture, twisting and pinching the ends together.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
