Ingredients

    Eggwhites from 2 large eggs
    No Calorie Sweetener IDEAL 1/4 cup (or any other sweetener)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp

Directions

1. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
2. In a bowl whip egg whites and sweetener until fluffy and stiff, but not dry.
3. Add buttermilk to egg white mix, and all sifted dry ingredients. Just fold it, do not deflate the egg whites. Fold only until all incorporated. Lumps are normal.
4. Spread a little bit of butter and cook pancakes.

you should have no less them 10, 2 per serving.

Serving Size: Makes 10 large pancakes, I count 2 per serving.
