Ingredients

    Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes
    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    *Dried Onion Flakes, .5 tbsp

    salt
    pepper

Directions

bring a small pot of water to boil, add diced potato to boiling water. Cook potato until it is easily pierced by a fork, but not falling apart.

In a nonstick pan, add butter. Once it is melted, turn heat to medium, and add potatos in a single layer. Sprinkle on the dried onion flakes, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook potatoes until they are lightly golden brown, flipping at least once.
