Ingredients

    3 Bananas
    3 Eggs
    1/4 cup Maple Syrup (or coconut sugar)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup almond butter
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 bar TJ 85% Dark Chocolate Bar, cut into bits

Directions

Preheat over to 350
Mash bananas, add eggs, syrup, butter, vanilla and whisk together.
Add flour, cinnamon, soda, powder, salt and mix
add chocolate chips, fold in
pour into 12 cups of a silicone muffin pan
Bake 25 minutes, let cool then remove from pan.

Serving Size: 1 muffin
