Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 whole white onion
    2 lbs of Beef (Stew cut)
    6 stalks of celery
    1 lb of Baby carrot
    1.5 lbs of Red Potatoes
    2 tblsp Parsley (fresh or dried)
    3 cups of water
    1/4 cup Flour
    Salt & Pepper for taste (don't add until ready to serve)
    8 oz package of chopped mushrooms - optional

Directions

Chop onion,celery and potatoes in to big bite size pieces. Throw all ingredients in a Crock pot on high heat for 7 hours (or low heat for 8.5 hours) - No need to stir until before servings.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 2 cup bowl portions
