Introduction

Juice pineapple separately then add juice and pulp to a blender. Combine other ingredients to preferred consistency with ice.     1 lb of pineapple (juiced separately, then take juice/pulp and combine in blender with the other ingredients)
    2 banana's (blender)
    1 can of Hokan Coconut Milk lite (blender)
    Ice (as needed)
    Honey (as desired)

Serving Size: 1 to 1.5 cups per serving (fills up a 7 cup blender container)
