Ingredients

    1 medium potatoe
    1 half a cup of tossed mix salad
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 pinches of lemon pepper
    1 tblsp low fat butter

Directions

get 1 medium potatoe and bake in it the own at 200 degrees for 50 mins
whilts that cooking take the fresh deboned and skinless chicken and place under the broile and cook for 30 mins turning continuously till juice runs clear and its cook propperly cook the chicken at a medium low heat then get half a cup of mix salad and place on a place in a cool area where its not going to dry out .
When the potatoe is cooked place ont he plate and then the chicken put a little bit of low fat butter on the chicken and potatoe to give it flavor then put 2 pinches of lemon pepper on the salad and there you have a low fat dinner
