    leftover pork roast, cubed
    1/2 box of farfelle pasta, boiled
    1 cup mayo
    1 cup light sour cream
    1 cup shredded mac and cheese blend
    1 can healthy cream of chicken
    1 egg
    1/4 cup diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup oyster crackers
    1 tsp canola oil


1.Mix first 9 ingredients together and put into a 9x9 baking pan lightly sprayed.
2.Crush oyster crackers and mix with oil, top casserole.
2.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
