Introduction

I drink this all morning. I drink this all morning.

Ingredients

    Milk,low-fat 4 ounces
    Yogurt or kefir, plain, low fat (4 oz)
    RAW Honey, 1 tbsp
    Wheat Germ (1 Tbsp)
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Spirutein Vanilla powder, 1 scoop
    Frozen Berries [no sugar added!] .5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (a good size handful)
    Pineapple Juice, 1 fl oz (i made ice cubes with pineapple juice and used 1)

Directions

Throw everything in the blender and mix well. I use the Ninja blending cup.
