Ingredients

    1 Pound of 93% Ground Turkey
    1cup golden milled flaxseeds
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 cup green pepper (optional)

Tips

Great with dipping sauces.


Directions

Mix ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll into 2 inch size balls. Fry in pam spray or bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (Shown in mini muffin pan).
