Ingredients

    2.75 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
    1.5 cups Baker's Sugar (Granulated sugar works too)
    .5 cups Coconut Oil (soft-solid works best... like soft butter)
    .5 cups Avocado Oil
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt

    4 tbsp sugar (for coating cookies)
    3 tsp cinnamon (for coating cookies)

Directions

You will need two mixing bowls and an electric mixer. Start by putting flower blend, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl combine sugar, coconut oil and avocado oil. Mix/creme oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix some more. Next add your flour to the mix and blend thoroughly

Serving Size: makes approximately 40 Cookies (using .75 tbsp scoop)
