Ingredients

    1 can pinot beans
    1 can kidney beans
    2 green peppers
    1/2 med onion
    8 oz 93% lean ground beef
    1 can diced tomato with green chillies
    1 tsp chili powder
    3 tsp or to taste cumin
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cook onion and pepper until soft. Add ground beef and brown.
add beans and tomatoes with spices simmer 60 minutes to develop flavors.
