    1 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp Sunny Paris Salt-free Seasoning
    (dill, scallions, basil, tarragon, chervil and parsley)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 garlic cloves
    1 onion
    grated zest and juice of 1 lime
    1 onion, quartered and thinly sliced
    1/2 cup of dried cherries and apricots
    1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts


In a 3-quart slow cooker, mix together the chicken broth, dried spices, cinnamon, garlic and zest and juice of the lime. Stir in the onion and dried cherries and apricots. Push the chicken breasts down into the mixture in the pot. Cover and cook on low about 4.5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender but still moist.
