-
*Maca Root 1Tbsp.
Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 1 Tbsp.
Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp.
Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - 1 Tbsp.
*NOW Spirulina powder, 1 tbsp
Organic Whole Flax Seed, grind as needed... 1 tbsp

*raw cocao powder 1 TBSP, 1 serving
Tips
I would not buy ground flax meal since once the seeds are ground they lose the nutrient value quickly... grind the seeds as you need them for optimum benefits. Make sure you store unused seeds and ground meal in the fridge. You can certainly multiply this recipe out, keep it in a mason jar in the fridge and use according to proportions you increased it by.
Directions
grind and mix ingredients together, make your favorite green drink positively packed with nutrition.
