Introduction

Quick, Easy, and Superb Steak Quick, Easy, and Superb Steak
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz prime rib
Steak Rub (I used Adam's Reserve)
Balsamic Vinegar (I used Ottavio Platinum)
    1/4 C Butter

Tips

Readjust nutritional value based on steak size

Directions

Rub the steak rub over both sides of the steak.
Heat your grill. I did mine inside with a cast iron grill pan over medium heat. (Hold your hand slightly above the grill. If the heat makes you pull away before you can count to 4, then it is ready.)
Cook for about 6 minutes per side.
Remove from pan. Cover with foil or another plate and let it sit for a few minutes.
While the steak is cooking, pour the balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan. Over medium heat, reduce it to less than half or a syrup consistency. (Your steak will be ready and sitting under cover by this point.) Completely remove the pan from heat and whisk in the butter. Pour over steak.
