Ingredients

2 lbs sirloin tips
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cans tomato sauce (8 0z.)
4-6 cups water
olive oil
1 pkg frozen spinach or mustard greens
Tips
Once the meat is back in the sauce, I usually prepare the spinach. Drain it in a colander and press against the sides to remove as much water as possible..
Directions
Brown tips in olive oil. Remove from pan. Brown onions until soft, add garlic. When pungent add 2 cans tomato sauce and 4 cups of water. Stir to mix. Place tips back in skillet. Season with rosemary. Liquid level should almost cover tips. Heat to a simmer. Cook for about 1.5 hours or until tips are cooked. Prepare frozen spinach according to the package. Squeeze out all water. Add to meat and simmer for an additional 20 mins...
