Ingredients

    20oz package ground turkey (at least 93/7)
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    10oz bag spinach, stems removed and torn apart
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Tips

Serve over rice if desired.


Directions

Brown the turkey. Add the minced garlic and stir. Add onions and mushrooms, cook until onions are translucent. Add the spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Top with parmesan cheese.
