Ingredients

    2 Pork steak, trimmed of all fat, cubed
    1 10 oz can Old El Paso Mild Enchilada Sauce
    1 8 oz pouch Frontera Red Chile Enichilada Sauce

Tips

Serve over rice or great in pita pockets.


Directions

Trim all fat (or best you can to near none) from pork steak, cut into 1 inch cubes. Sear steak pieces. Put in a 9x9 casserole dish. Add sauce.
Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 375*.
