Ingredients

    1 piece of veggie "chicken" (I used Gardein chick'n scallopini)

    3 oz. broccoli slaw

    2 Tbs. fat free zesty Italian dressing

    1 flatout light flatbread wrap (I used sundried tomato)

Tips

Add cheese if desired. You may serve with a side of fruit and popcorn for a complete meal or just grab it and go for a quick lunch!


Directions

Cook "veggie" chicken according to package. Mix broccoli slaw and dressing together until blended. Put broccoli slaw dressing mix on flatbread. Add veggie "chicken" to wrap (you may slice it or serve whole). Wrap the flatbread like a tortilla and enjoy!
