Ingredients

    2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    2 tbsp PB2
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tbsp honey or agave
    4 oz skim milk or unsweetened almond milk

    Mix PB2 with approximately 2 tablespoons water to form a pancake batter consistency. Add vanilla to pb2. Then add the protein powder, milk and honey, Mix well. Add rolled oats. Batter should be stiff enough to scoop out with a 1 1/2 " cookie scoop and stay together in a ball. Drop cookies onto wax paper lined tray, smash down slightly and refrigerate 1 hour.
